Package for Local Teams

 

The Southern Skies Challenge is not just about participating in a cricket competition. We try to present for all participants an event that provides the opportunity to socialise, compete and have fun with teams from different areas. We have put together the following local package for players, coaches and team management.

Inclusions

• Welcome Managers Meeting on the Sunday evening.
• Movie Night for all players at Indooroopilly's Eldorado Cinema.
• Commemorative merchandise package including polo shirt, cap and waterbottle.
• Commemorative program.
• Official Dinner at the Amber Bar & Grill for coaches and managers.
• Lunch on each of the five competition days.
• Farewell BBQ and Awards Ceremony on the Friday afternoon with winners trophy, certificates and presentation of the All Stars Team.
• Sports Medicine personnel, ice and sunscreen on-site at all competition venues.

If your local team (or some of your players) wish to go to either Dreamworld or Wet'nWild with some of the travelling teams on the Saturday following the conclusion of the event, please let us know and we can arrange for discount entry tickets.

 

Payment Policy

Full payment is due 30 days prior to the event - Friday 6th November 2009 (no exceptions).

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind, that’s fine. All cancellations must be made in writing (fax or email) so that we are fully aware. Refunds apply as follows:

 

From registration up until 30 days prior to event commencement:
50% registration fee.

Inside 30 days of event commencement
No refunds on registration fee
No refunds on Local Teams Package

 

Local Team Package payments are transferable between players within teams/schools.
