Package for Travelling Teams
We make the task of organising your tour to Southern Skies as easy as possible. All travelling teams are offered an all-inclusive package that takes care of everything from the moment you arrive in Brisbane until your departure at the end of the week. We organise everything on your behalf so you can concentrate on enjoying your Southern Skies experience.
Inclusions (Sunday 6 - Friday 11 December 2009 inclusive)
- Accommodation (6 nights in private school boarding house)
- Breakfast and dinners at accommodation
- Daily lunches at playing venue
- All bus transfers (collection at the airport, all transfers to and from playing venues, to and from organised social activities, return airport transfer)
- Commemorative merchandise package including quality polo shirt, cap and waterbottle
- Commemorative program
- Full service laundry facilties at accommodation venue
- Welcome Managers Meeting
- Players Movie Night
- Official Dinner for coaches and managers
- Evening social activities at Laserforce and Barefoot Bowls
- Farewell BBQ and Awards Ceremony with winners trophy and player momentos
- Accredited umpires for all matches
- Sports Medicine personnel, ice and sunscreen on-site at all competition venues, and transportation to and from medical centres covered

Payment Policy
Full payment is due 30 days prior to the event - Friday 6th November 2009. All fees are calculated in Australian Dollars.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind, that’s fine. All cancellations must be made in writing (fax or email) so that we are fully aware. Refunds apply as follows:
From registration up until 30 days prior to event commencement:
50% registration fee.
Travellers Package refundable except for non-refundable $100 per person deposit.
Inside 30 days of event commencement
No refunds on registration fee
No refunds on Travellers Package
- Travellers Package payments will be transferable between players within teams/schools.
- It is a recommendation that that all overseas travellers take out travel insurance to cover for eventualities not covered by both our refund policy and injury procedure.
