Come to Brisbane to experience the best netball competition for girls. It's fast, competitive and action-packed. Play teams from New Zealand and across Australia. Finals go to the wire and one point margins are common place!
Divisions
Girls – Under 16 years (as at 1 January 2009)
Girls – Under 18 years (as at 1 January 2009)
Tournament Structure
Teams will play a series of round robin matches progressing through to grand final rounds. The winning team of each division will be awarded a beautiful glass trophy. The competition draw has all teams playing 3 games per day (2 x 15 min halves) on alternate hours. Each team is required to register a minimum of seven players per team. Girls must play in uniform and will play under slightly modified international rules of the game.
Day 1 – Monday 6 July
Round robin competition to seed teams into competitive divisions for the semi-final and final games.
Day 2 – Tuesday 7 July
Round robin competition continues.
Day 3 – Wednesday 8 July
Rest Day / Visit to Theme Park
Day 4 – Thursday 9 July
Teams play a semi-final rounds based on their round robin placings.
Day 5 – Friday 10 July
Grand finals, consolation finals and presentation of trophies.
