Tournament Player Package
Sunday 5th - Friday 10th July, 2009 inclusive
This is really the ideal way for your team to experience the full scope of our event and its associated activities and for coaches to enjoy a trouble free, low stress time.
Accommodation
Experience the vibrant international atmosphere of the week at a university college (single rooms) or selected school boarding houses (various room configurations) . Laundry service or self-launder facilities at no charge.
Meals
6 Breakfasts (Monday - Saturday) at accommodation, 4 lunches (Monday - Friday, except at Theme Park) at playing venue, 6 dinners (Sunday - Friday) at accommodation. We are able to cater for medical dietary and religious requirements. Snacks in-between meals are at own cost.
Transportation
We provide bus transfers on arrival and departure to the airport; daily transfers
to and from competition venues if required; transfers
to
and
from Tournament
social activities (coaches welcome meeting, cultural concert,
tournament dance party, official coaches dinner, theme park day).
Social Activities
Social activities program including welcome function for coaches and managers; Cultural Concert; players Dance Party; official Tournament Dinner for coaches and managers; full day at Dreamworld, Wet'n Wild or Australia Zoo.
Commemorative Merchandise
Commemorative sportswear pack of top quality merchandise including a water
bottle so there is no need to pack them for your trip.
Medical Care
Qualified sports medicine coverage at all game venues; ice at game venues; ice at game venues; access to after hours medical care (but remember to obtain travel medical insurance…don’t leave home without it!); public liability insurance.
Awards Ceremony
Awards presentation ceremony at each playing venue; All Stars teams in each sport; Spirit of the Tournament Award; take-home trophies for each division.
Australian Government Goods and Services Tax is included on land package cost.
