Itinerary

The following proposed plan is for your information and convenience. Final details will be distributed at the Managers’ Meeting on the night of arrival.

Sun 5 July Arrival Day	Transfer from Brisbane Airport to accommodation	Dinner at approx. 6.00pm. Bus to Brisbane Boys' College at 7.00pm for Managers Meeting and welcome drinks for a representative from each team. Buses depart Brisbane Boys' College at approx. 8.45pm for accommodation.
Mon 6 July First day of competition	Morning transfer to venues approx. one hour prior to commencement of competition.	Return to accommodation for approx 5.30pm dinner. Bus transfer to Brisbane Boys’ College for Cultural Concert at approx 6.30pm. Concert begins 7.00pm. Buses depart Brisbane Boys’ College at approx 9.00pm for accommodation.
Tues 7 July Second day of competition	Morning transfer to venues approx. one hour prior to commencement of competition.	Tournament Dinner for coaches, managers and supporters and Dance Party for tournament participants. Dinner for athletes – approx 5.30 pm. Buses depart accommodation at 6.30pm. Coaches, managers and supporters transported to Tournament Dinner and athletes to Brisbane Boys' College Sports Complex for Dance Party. Buses return to accommodation at approx 10.30pm.
Wed 8 July Rest Day	Buses depart approx. 9am for Dreamworld or Australia Zoo.	Return to accommodation for approx. 6.00pm dinner. Lunch not provided. Free night - own arrangements
Thurs 9 July Third day of competition	Morning transfer to venues approx. one hour prior to commencement of play.	Return to accommodation for approx 6.00pm dinner. Free night - own arrangements
Fri 10 July Final day of competition	Morning transfer to venues approx. one hour prior to commencement of competition.	Awards Ceremonies at each playing venue following finals matches. Return to accommodation for 6.00pm dinner. Free night - own arrangements
Sat 11 July Departure Day	Transfers to airport or to post-Tournament stay venue.	Return home or post Tournament destination.
