Final Payment
Full payment is due 30 days prior to the Tournament - Friday 5 June 2009. All fees are calculated in Australian Dollars.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you change your mind, that’s fine. But all cancellations must be advised in writing (fax or email) so that we are fully aware of the situation. Refunds apply as per following.
From registration up to 30 days prior to event commencement: 50% registration fee; Ground content fully refundable except for non-refundable travel deposit of $100 per person.
Inside 30 days prior to event commencement: No refunds of registration or ground content.
After commencement of travel: No refunds under any circumstances.
The Small Print
There's always some small print so here it is.
- It is impossible for us to predict where teams will come from in any given year and for that matter, how many teams will actually attend. Because of the international nature of the Tournament it is not possible to pre-grade or seed teams so our playing structure is tailored to take this into account.
- Exact accommodation venues typically cannot be confirmed until approximately two weeks prior to the event due to many late number changes by travelling teams.
- Competition draws typically are not finalised until approximately two weeks prior to the event due to the inevitable late entrant or withdrawal.
- If it rains…we restructure, shuffle or do whatever we can to put on the event. The weather is one thing we cannot manage but the events are held during months of lower rainfall.
- We endeavour to present a quality event in all aspects and the success of this is reflected in the growth of the event and the number of teams that return. We therefore welcome constructive feedback to ensure our event continues to improve and deliver what is wanted.
