Tournament Structure
Teams play round robin matches within pools and then progress to play semi-finals and finals against teams of similar strength. The tiered structure for semi-finals and finals mean it's anyone's competition up to the last day, and the winning teams of each tier are awarded take-home trophies. Depending on the number of teams in the competition, the draw will allow for at least 7-8 games for all participating teams, regardless of strength/skill level. Teams play under slightly modified international rules of the game.
