Tournament Structure
Teams play a series of round robin matches in pools and are then reranked into tiers according to accumulated points. Semis and finals are played against teams of similar strength and winning teams from each tier are awarded significant take home trophies. The competition draw typically has teams playing 3 or 4 games per day (2 x 15min halves) on alternate hours. Each team is required to register a minimum of seven players per team. Girls must play in uniform and will play under slightly modified Australian rules of the game.
